Responsibilities

1. Manage productization and GTM strategies for domestic and overseas vector databases and RAG knowledge bases, including planning, market research, customer demand analysis, design, development, implementation, and external promotion.
2. Lead the productization of vector retrieval for ByteDance's internal recommendation platform, covering demand research, design, development, and internal promotion.
3. Oversee the implementation and delivery of large model application solutions, demonstrating ownership and enthusiasm for large model applications.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or related fields.
• Knowledge of vector databases, RAG knowledge bases, long-term memory banks, machine learning/deep learning models, and large model application processes. Ability to independently handle product planning, demand research, market analysis, user research, design, and evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong technical understanding, familiar with basic principles of common machine learning algorithms and NLP capabilities.
• Industry experience in e-commerce, gaming, automotive, or large model manufacturing sectors.
