About the Opportunity

The Financial Product Team strives to provide secure, simple, and reliable crypto financial services to users worldwide. With a focus on user satisfaction, the team is responsible for key functionalities of earn and loan products. By continuously refining and enhancing these core aspects, the Financial Product Team aims to provide customers with an exceptional user experience, empowering them to earn crypto daily in a trusted space or borrow crypto easily.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible and lead for product-related work in the field of blockchain finance, including DeFi, staking and the planning, design and iteration of new innovative products.
• Identify user pain points, explore abstract business product models and propose solutions for complex problems and different markets.
• Delve into the essence of business requirements, results oriented, coordinate with project stakeholders, operations, marketing, research and development, design, testing, and other relevant teams to achieve goals.
• Proficient in product design and project management tools, independently conduct requirement research based on business objectives, complete product solution design and requirement documentation, promptly analyze results after launch and formulate iteration plans.
• Regularly monitor and research the latest product innovations and strategies in the on-chain ecosystem.
• Participate in overall planning of company products and be able to provide innovative suggestions.

What We Look For In You:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in blockchain products or at least 5 years of experience in internet product development, have a personal understanding of blockchain finance products and user experience.
• Familiar with the product development cycle, competent in product prototyping, project management, data analysis and documentation.
• Strong logical thinking, capable of product abstraction and design based on business needs.
• Strong learning ability and communication skills, open-minded, optimistic, resilient, proactive and possess a sense of ownership.
• Fluent in English Preference will be given to candidates with experience in DeFi and staking product design and team leader

Nice to Haves:

Experience in the crypto industry with exposure to obtaining licenses and approvals for crypto-related businesses

In-depth knowledge of local and international crypto regulations and emerging trends
