Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the globalisation of the P2P fiat product on the user portal and developing product strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Create and maintain the P2P marketplace product roadmap for the user portal, including milestones and backlog, with strategic priorities for market penetration.
3. Drive global product and feature shipment, lead beta programs, define product specifications, and collaborate with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
4. Collect and consolidate customer feedback and facilitate user studies to ensure the product reflects customer needs and requirements.
5. Conduct market research and data analysis for different regions, working closely with overseas/local operations to deliver market-fit solutions.
6. Coordinate communication with cross-functional teams overseas to track project progress.

Requirements:

1. Deep experience in launching and managing large-scale, global product development cycles with successful outcomes.
2. 5+ years of product management experience with technical expertise.
3. Methodical approach to determining customer needs, running prototypes and iterations, and making data-driven decisions for product optimization.
4. Experience conducting user interviews and analyzing traffic/internal data to improve UX/UI in user portals.
5. Ability to clearly specify product requirements and work with engineers to deliver on specifications.
6. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
7. Comfortable managing multiple roles and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to manage projects and keep them on schedule.
9. Strong collaboration skills to influence and motivate internal teams and cross-functional groups to drive product adoption and market share.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with app products in internet companies, preferably in e-commerce or peer-to-peer platforms.
2. Familiarity with Web3 and DeFi ecosystems, protocols, and platforms.
3. Experience with AML and risk control modeling is a plus.
