Job summary

Binance is seeking a Product Manager for KYB and compliance-related initiatives within the Central Product Team. You will own end-to-end strategy and roadmaps, collaborating with global KYB vendors, compliance, and operations to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for corporate users.

You will work with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure high-quality outcomes, balancing stakeholder feedback and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Experience in building products for international markets.
• Experience in product lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently own the product strategy and execution for KYB and other compliance-related projects end to end.
• Collaborate with global KYB vendors to build the KYB and verification platform using cutting-edge technology.
• Work with compliance and operations teams to enable superior KYB onboarding experiences for corporate users.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a high quality product is built.
• Prioritize feedback from users and stakeholders, make trade-offs, and drive the product roadmap.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
• AI/ML integration: collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and deploy scalable AI models to streamline KYB processes.
