Job Description

MatchMove is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product development through the full lifecycle — from discovery and wireframing to launch and post-release improvements. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver products and features that keep MatchMove competitive in the fast-evolving fintech space.

You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive the vision and delivery of new fintech products and features.
2. Conduct market and customer research to identify product opportunities.
3. Manage the product roadmap, prioritize development, and refine feature ideas aligned with business goals.
4. Maintain and enhance existing product features based on feedback and performance.
5. Produce high-level product requirements and collaborate with design and engineering teams to execute.
6. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product and strategy alignment.
7. Coordinate go-to-market strategies and oversee product launches.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; technical background is a plus.
2. 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, especially in remittance and forex sectors.
3. Strong understanding of fintech innovations in Southeast Asia.
4. Track record of managing end-to-end product releases with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
6. Self-starter, proactive, with high energy and attention to detail.
7. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, startup environment.
