Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Product Engineer to join our Supply Chain Cybersecurity team. The candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the product lifecycle: pre-sales, deployment, and post-sales support. This role combines deep expertise in cybersecurity and supply chain risk management with a strong hands-on focus on technical implementation, product enablement, and continuous improvement.
The role requires evaluating cybersecurity solutions, integrating them into enterprise environments, refining service offerings, and driving cybersecurity resilience across the supply chain ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesCybersecurity Risk Management- Assess and manage cybersecurity risks within the supply chain, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct compliance assessments related to the supply chain (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, Cyber Essential Mark).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for third-party vendors and partners.
Product Deployment & Support- Scope customer technical requirements to align service offerings with cybersecurity posture.
- Lead onboarding, deployment, and integration of supply chain cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with product principals to enhance offerings based on customer feedback.
- Provide day-2 operations support, including reporting and technical troubleshooting.
Supply Chain Security Architecture- Design and implement security solutions to protect supply chain infrastructure (data transmission, storage, integrations).
- Evaluate best practices and advise on secure architectures for supply chain ecosystems.
Vendor Management & Enablement- Monitor and assess the cybersecurity posture of critical vendors.
- Facilitate onboarding vendors onto Supply Chain Management Platforms.
- Deliver internal and external training sessions to promote supply chain risk management.
Compliance Tracking- Support external and internal cybersecurity compliance assessment.
- Ensure third-party vendors comply to industrial standards.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials).
Documentation & Continuous Improvement- Develop and maintain technical documentation (setup guides, integration manuals, best practices).
- Establish frameworks for operational processes and continuous service improvement.
- Conduct enablement sessions and participate in kickoff meetings to showcase solutions.
RequirementsTechnical Expertise- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and supply chain risk management.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Windows OS, Linux, and MacOS environments.
- Experience in deploying CSPs' native security tools.
- Understanding of Incident Response, Forensics, SOC, SIEM, and MDR operations.
Professional Experience- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in cybersecurity, supply chain management, or IT security.
- Project management skills; able to deliver within tight project timelines.
- Technical deployment experience and hands-on troubleshooting.
Certifications- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA highly preferred.

- Pre-sales experience and customer-facing exposure is a plus.
