Job summary

OKX in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Director, AI & Agent (Chatbot) to own the AI product agenda across consumer and internal operations.

Lead conversational AI strategy, agentic systems for compliance, risk, and operations, and the underlying AI platform to be auditable and scalable.

You will work with executive teams and require fluency in English and Mandarin; 12+ years in product/tech with 5+ in leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product & tech with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale.
• Proven track record shipping conversational AI products where you are the owner, not a contributor.
• Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design.
• Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements.
• Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant—an experience that lets users onboard, trade, stay informed, and get support through natural language.
• Own the agentic AI roadmap for OKX's internal functions—compliance, risk, fraud, and operations, ensuring regulatorily defensible outputs.
• Own the product design of shared infrastructure powering orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and governance for AI across markets.
