Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer for a 12-month contract in Singapore. You will lead product discovery and shape product direction for a government project, working with a multidisciplinary squad including product managers, engineers, operations officers and policy stakeholders.

You should demonstrate a strong product mindset, independent research capabilities, and the confidence to challenge assumptions before moving toward solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with strategic problem-solving.
• Experience leading independent product discovery and research beyond usability testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple divisions.
• Based in Singapore for a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent product discovery research to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Define, frame and validate problems before proposing solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions across operations, policy, engineering, and product management.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with product squad to drive research-led decisions.
• Analyse complex interactions between people, systems, and processes.
• Influence product direction and challenge briefs as needed.
