Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking an experienced product/UX designer to synthesize needs from product, engineering, and marketing into design deliverables across Asia and internationally.

The role involves translating research into disruptive ideas, creating wireframes, flows, mockups, prototyping, and mentoring other designers to maintain craft and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product, interaction, or UX design.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers and researchers.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and critical thinking.
• Thorough understanding of experimentation and research techniques for validating designs.
