Job summary

Seoulstart in Singapore is seeking a senior product/UX designer with 8+ years of leadership experience to shape design strategy across product, engineering, and marketing.

You will mentor designers, lead cross-functional initiatives across Asia, advocate for user-centered design, and apply research techniques to validate ideas and drive disruptive features.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design with people management experience.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to advocate for design decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, researchers).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies for intuitive experiences.
• Thorough understanding of experimentation and research techniques to validate designs.
