Job summary

Nomura Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Product Controller (Vice President) in Singapore to lead the control and governance of Fixed Income related P&L.

You will partner with Rates, Treasury, and other functions to ensure accurate daily revenue reporting and robust month-end close processes. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product control or market risk within investment banking, with strong knowledge of Fixed Income, structured products, and related accounting concepts.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product control/market risk within finance.

Responsibilities

• Control and governance of Fixed Income P&L across 20 entities; identify gaps and solutions.
• Timely, accurate calculation and reporting of daily revenue to stakeholders.
• Month end procedures including Balance Sheet substantiation.
• Collaborate with Business, Treasury Funding, Operations, Quants and other teams to resolve booking, P&L, and accounting queries.
• Support issuance and funding booking models for P&L validation on structured notes and financing transactions.
• Engage in cross regional booking and new product initiatives; drive process improvements.
• Focus on automation and use of digital tools to optimize processes and ensure best practices.
