Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain professional to lead end-to-end procurement for capital, spares, and services in a global setting. You will oversee P2P processes, drive supplier performance, and advance localization to boost uptime and resilience.

The role emphasizes data-driven cost analysis, negotiations, and AI-enabled process improvements within a matrix organization, partnering with Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, or engineering.
• Strong procurement, sourcing, and supplier management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement for capital, spares, and services; manage P2P processes including invoicing and cash flow.
• Act as primary commercial contact for site and network suppliers; qualify and develop suppliers.
• Drive localization strategies to improve uptime, reduce cost, and strengthen resilience.
• Identify and implement supplier cost-saving opportunities using data analytics & should-cost models.
• Lead or participate in supplier negotiations for renewals and sourcing events; develop contract strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance with cross-functional teams; drive continuous improvement and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance; contribute to leadership on procurement strategy.
• Collaborate in global projects across Procurement, Engineering, Planning, Finance, and Legal.
