The role focuses on sourcing, supplier performance, and commercial management, including RFQ processes, evaluating proposals, and ensuring SLAs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5-10 years experience in Procurement and/or Purchasing / Supply Chain
• High level of computer proficiency with MS Office suite
• Team player with extensive experience in working in a commercial team environment
• Ability to communicate business requirements effectively when in stressful situations
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to speak English and Mandarin fluently

Aufgaben

• Internal Customer Management: assist in developing specifications, coordinate needs, respond to feedback with tailored actions
• Supplier Management: improve supply base and understand suppliers' risks to minimize disruption
• Performance Management: capture savings and report benefits, develop supplier KPIs, monitor performance
• Sourcing Management: prepare RFQ documents, evaluate responses, select proposals, engage new suppliers
• Contract Management: ensure SLAs & KPIs compliance, ensure supplier adherence to contracts
• Commercial Management: comply with LC processes and related policies
• Procurement Activities: negotiate orders, ensure continuity of supply, obtain quotes, verify services and reconcile invoices
