The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a technology services company, and we are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join them permanently. Reporting directly to one of the key senior management leaders, you will act as a strategic partner in defining procurement strategy, enhancing sourcing processes, and building supplier partnerships that support long-term business goals.

The Job:
- Lead Procurement Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously refine the overall procurement strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals. Lead complex negotiations and long-term contract planning.
- Cost Optimization: Drive cost reduction initiatives, identify opportunities for savings, and implement best-in-class procurement practices and tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal departments including Finance, Product, Operations, and Legal to ensure procurement strategies support company goals and product availability.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build strong supplier partnerships and evaluate their performance regularly based on quality, service levels, compliance, and innovation potential.
- Budget & P&L Oversight: Monitor procurement budget, support cost allocation processes, and maintain healthy product-level profitability.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Market Intelligence & Forecasting: Stay abreast of market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain innovations to support business continuity and agility.
The Talent:
- 7-10 years of progressive procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial/strategic position.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, cost savings, and contract negotiations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities, with strong business acumen and financial awareness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in fast-paced technology sectors is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel or data analysis tools.
