You will partner with senior stakeholders, guide high-value sourcing initiatives, and ensure compliance with government policies and GeBIZ processes. Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in public sector procurement with leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading procurement teams and strategic initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of government procurement policies, IM (Procurement) and GeBIZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement across multiple categories, ensuring compliant, value-driven outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost efficiencies and value.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align procurement with business planning and demand management.
• Oversee governance, contract management, and supplier relationships to mitigate risks and deliver value.
• Drive process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and governance.
