Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore seeks a Senior Purchasing Executive to support sales, operations and project teams by sourcing subcontractors, services, materials and equipment for M&E projects.

The role involves negotiating terms, reviewing requisitions, monitoring delivery and quality, and maintaining ERP records to ensure compliance with company policies. A candidate with 5+ years of M&E subcontracting and procurement experience and strong negotiation skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in subcontracting of M&E services and purchasing/sourcing.
• Experience with contractual terms & conditions for subcontracting/purchasing.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• High standard of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support sales, operation and project teams for subcontracting and purchasing requirements.
• Source, negotiate and procure services, materials and equipment for project sites.
• Review requisition orders for accuracy and specifications.
• Negotiate prices and terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Expedite and monitor delivery and quality of purchases.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies.
• Maintain purchasing records in ERP.
• Assess and evaluate supplier performance.
• Develop new subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
