Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, terms, and contracts, and ensure supplier performance meets quality and delivery standards.
Create and manage purchase orders, resolve discrepancies in delivery or invoicing, and ensure timely material availability for production.
Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement.
Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to manage stock levels and reduce excess inventory while ensuring materials are available for production.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company standards, maintain and review supplier contracts, and stay updated on relevant regulations.
Provide procurement reports and track performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 3 - 5 years of procurement/ purchasing experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
