Responsibilities:

1. Assist in organizing technical and commercial clarification meetings with vendors.
2. Evaluate bids to select the best options according to company requirements.
3. Prepare purchase contracts, clearly specifying the requirements, terms, and conditions.
4. Manage purchase contracts to ensure vendors fulfill their obligations.
5. Monitor post-purchase activities such as vendor design and engineering progress, manufacturing, and delivery status.
6. Expedite vendor data submissions and documentations.
7. Resolve discrepancies related to delivered materials or equipment.
8. Participate in auditing subcontractors’ facilities when required.
