This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Corporate Services Procurement team, developing category strategies with a global remit working with global stakeholders. We are looking for a procurement professional who can create impact, thrive within a dynamic environment, and be resilient to change.

Corporate Services Procurement is unique due to its broad range of categories, making the work both interesting and challenging. It allows the role holder to build a network across the business like no other category. Corporate Services at Dyson includes:

• HR Services (Recruitment, Executive Search, Benefits, Learning and Development, Global Mobility)
• Professional Services (Consulting Services and Legal Services)
• Financial Services (Insurance, Audit, Tax, Payroll, Payment solutions including e-commerce)
• Travel (Travel management company, Air, Hotel, Ground transport)

In this role, you will mainly be responsible for Professional and Financial Services but will have the opportunity to broaden your experience into other categories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage category and sub-category strategies to improve performance and optimize value to Dyson.
• Lead global and strategic tenders across categories as required.
• Coach the team, sharing knowledge and experience to deliver the best results.
• Develop and review robust, forward-looking global category plans based on business needs, considering regional and national differences.
• Influence the business through strong stakeholder and relationship management.

Skills

• Proven experience managing Corporate Services subcategories through the entire lifecycle, from strategy creation to supplier management.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization and managing global tenders with excellent results under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders up to Board level.
• Maintain personal energy, motivation, and resilience, encouraging the same in others.
• Ability to achieve optimal service from a category and create global competitive advantages by reducing complexity.
• Commercial acumen with proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to personal development and coaching others within the team.
• Knowledge of Ariba is advantageous.
