Job summary

Dyson Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a Category Manager to develop and manage category strategies across the business, delivering value for Dyson.

You will lead global tenders, coach the team, and drive global category plans while aligning with regional needs and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MCIPs desirable).
• Proven experience managing Corporate Services subcategories through life cycle from strategy to supplier mgmt.
• Experience in global matrix organizations and managing global tenders with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship management, engaging senior stakeholders up to Board level.
• Strong resilience and energy; ability to inspire in change.

• Lead on global and strategic tenders across any category as required
• Coaching the team, sharing knowledge and experience to deliver the best results
• Develop and continually review robust, forward looking global category plans based on business needs taking into account regional and national differences.
• Influence the businesses through strong stakeholder and relationship management.

• Confidence and credibility with excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior level stakeholders up to Board level.
