Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to manage chemical treatment programs at client sites and provide technical sales support in the Energy & Chemical Sector. You will be responsible for developing treatment proposals, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Job Description

• Manage chemical treatment programs at client sites and address deviations from treatment plans
• Perform and support analytical field testing with service technicians
• Provide regular reports and monthly technical reviews to clients
• Oversee planning of chemical stock levels and manage inventory at client sites
• Maintain equipment maintenance programs to ensure uptime
• Develop and present chemical treatment proposals to clients
• Lead and evaluate new applications for efficiency improvement
• Source and execute value-added projects to reduce clients’ Total Cost of Operation (TCO)
• Troubleshoot issues related to treatment programs or products in collaboration with the team
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and support billing processes
• Prepare executive performance review materials for key stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through frequent engagement

Job Requirements

• Min Degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant technical sales experience in Energy & Chemical Sector
