Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field is an advantage.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in Precision Cleaning, Electropolishing, Surface Finishing or related chemical processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve chemical cleaning and electropolishing processes.
• Lead process qualification, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Investigate process deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Define process specifications, SOPs, and control plans.
• Support contamination control and cleanliness verification activities.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
