Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Process Integration Engineer in Singapore to support development, qualification, and integration of semiconductor processes that improve yield and manufacturability.

You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot inline measurement issues, optimize process margins with DOE, monitor SPC/Cpk trends, and contribute to new product introductions from tapeout to prototyping.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience in semiconductor process integration or yield engineering preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support development and qualification of new processes and integration of modules/features.
• Manage new product introduction from tapeout to prototyping.
• Troubleshoot inline measurement and electrical test issues using process knowledge.
• Identify and resolve yield-related problems; lead issue resolution to closure.
• Optimize margins through Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Monitor SPC trends and Cpk for critical parameters to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce defects and address technical concerns.
• Develop test structures for process characterization and partake in CIP initiatives.
