Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process development, optimization, and troubleshooting for robust manufacturing performance. You will drive root-cause analysis, implement improvements, and support NPI, process transfer, and qualification activities.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, IE, and R&D teams, mentoring engineers and presenting findings to management. Strong CMP knowledge and data-driven problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related STEM field
• Experience: Prior experience in Cu CMP (AMAT Mirra preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead process monitoring, analysis, and optimization to improve performance, yield, and stability
• Investigate complex process deviations, defects, and equipment-related issues
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Develop, validate, and implement process improvements, standards, and controls
• Support new product introduction, process transfer, and qualification activities
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to shop-floor teams
• Present technical findings and progress to management
