Exyte in Singapore seeks an experienced Engineering Liaison to translate complex concepts into actionable insights, oversee deliverables across structural, mechanical, electrical, and process systems, and ensure design intent is met.

You will lead BIM model reviews, coordinate with vendors, participate in SATs and pre-commissioning, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with cross-discipline teams to drive efficient project execution in the field.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field is required.
Experience with BIM modelling and design reviews.
Knowledge of safety standards for field installations.
Familiarity with vendor management and SATs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients during presentations and progress reviews.
Oversee development of engineering deliverables including drawings and calculations.
Evaluate vendor proposals, conduct tender clarifications, and review re-submissions.
Document tendering activities and prepare vendor recommendations.
Ensure installation and start-up align with process design intent and user requirements.
Oversee mechanical construction installation in the field.
Manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Review vendor documentation to meet design intent.
Collaborate with other design disciplines to address process issues.
Approve key deliverables for procurement and construction.
Work with client to optimize processes and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee installation of processing equipment systems.
Participate in Vendor SATs and pre-commissioning activities.
Ensure activities comply with safety regulations.
