Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in process/manufacturing engineering or related roles.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and sustain backend manufacturing processes, monitor yield and SPC trends.
• Investigate excursions using root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with Production, Equipment Engineering, Automation, Maintenance and Quality.
• Support new product introductions, process transfers, and qualification activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends, defects, risks, and improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for management reviews.
• Maintain process docs, PFMEA, control plans, and change records.
• Drive continuous improvement on yield, cycle time, and cost.
