Our client is seeking a Senior Process Design Engineer to join their team!

Our client is a German-Singapore company with operations across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. As part of one of the world's largest water and wastewater treatment groups, they provide innovative solutions with integrated IoT capabilities for diverse industries such as Food & Beverage, Textile, Aqua-Culture, Power Plant, Semiconductor, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Automobile & Tire, and others.

Responsibilities

1. Design of Water and Wastewater Treatment Systems: Contribute to the development of advanced solutions throughout tendering and project stages.
2. Technical Review and Validation: Review and validate technical documents and drawings to ensure accuracy and project alignment.
3. Engineering Support: Assist in equipment selection, process optimization, and material choices, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
4. Team Collaboration: Coordinate and mentor cross-functional teams during tender development, engaging with clients, suppliers, and consultants.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Lead technical discussions and risk reviews, representing the engineering team confidently.
6. Project Execution: Support testing, commissioning, and manual preparation to ensure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Science.
• Experience: 5+ years in process design for wastewater industries.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Aerobic/Anaerobic processes, membrane technology, and sludge handling.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, capable of working independently and in teams.
• Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred.
