Job summary

Micron Memory Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Singapore seeks a Process Control Senior Engineer/Engineer (Systems) to own and sustain Micron’s PCS across Assembly & Test. You will configure E3 FDC, build SPACE SPC charts, and maintain MES/MAM/RMS interfaces to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.

You will collaborate with PE, EE, and Global Quality, monitor OOC and false alarms, and drive continuous improvement with SQL and Python automation. A strong background in SPC, SECS/GEM, and RMS is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/ME/ChE/CE/CS/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of SPC governance and audit experience with at least one Micron system.
• 5+ years in the relevant field; knowledge of SPC concepts and OOC/OOS.

Responsibilities

• Configure and sustain Applied E3 Process Control (Trace, UVA, models, alarms, data health).
• Build and maintain SPACE SPC charts, limits, and automated reactions.
• Ensure stable SECS/GEM communication and equipment-to-host connectivity.
• Maintain MES/MAM/RMS interfaces with data integrity and version control.
• Lead SPC lifecycle: chart setup, limits, automated responses, and reviews.
• Develop FDC models, classifiers, traces, and OCAP changes via ECN.
• Support MES/MAM logic, events, data collection, and RMS recipes.
• Automate tasks with SQL and Python; perform RCA for improvements.
