Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Process Control Engineer (Systems) to design, deploy, and sustain PCS across Assembly & Test.

You will own SPC charts, FEED E3 models, and ensure robust SECS/GEM communication while maintaining MES/MAM interfaces and data integrity. You will collaborate with PE, EE, ATAuto, and Global Quality, automate tasks with SQL and Python, monitor OOC rates and false alarms, and contribute to audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering/computer field.
• Experience with SPC concepts and audit processes.
• Experience owning E3 models and SPACE SPC frameworks.
• FDC/OCAP in Assembly & Test or Frontend facilities.
• Exposure to predictive analytics or smart manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Configure and sustain Applied E3 Process Control (Trace, UVA, models, alarms, data health).
• Build and maintain SPACE SPC charts, limits, and automated reactions.
• Ensure stable SECS/GEM communication and equipment-host connectivity.
• Maintain MES/MAM/RMS interfaces with strong data integrity and version control.
• Lead SPC lifecycle: variable selection, chart setup, limits, automated responses.
• Automate tasks using SQL, Python scripts and perform RCA for improvements.
