The ideal candidate has over 5 years in product management within the crypto industry, with expertise in web3 and DeFi technologies. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are required, alongside effective project management capabilities. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the research and product design efforts for our DEX aggregator, delivering comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD), prototypes, and associated documentation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including market, operations, UI/UX, R&D, and testing, to drive the successful implementation and launch of the DEX aggregator project.
• Manage the entire product life cycle, developing and monitoring data analysis indicators. Regularly analyse daily data to derive insights and optimize product performance.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with more than 5 years of professional product management experience in the crypto industry.
• Demonstrated experience in web3, DeFi, Swap, and Bridge technologies. Previous exposure as an experienced user of the DeFi ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, with effective communication skills for interacting with overseas colleagues and users in both languages.
• Strong ownership mentality and effective project management skills.
• Key Competencies: Project management, keen sense of user experience, familiarity with user growth strategies, and a deep understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems.
