Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in low-volume, high-mix production.
  • Strong understanding of IPC-A-610 / IPC-A-600 (Class 3).
  • Knowledge of AS9100 quality systems and supplier quality management is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Your Mission:

Support the Production Manager in executing initiatives related to technological processes, with a focus on Electro-Mechanical, Special Processes, and supplier qualification to ensure high manufacturing standards and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and implement manufacturing processes aligned with company standards

  • Lead in areas of technical expertise such as Electro-Mechanical processes, PCBA, and HMS manufacturing

  • Evaluate and qualify new suppliers through audits and technical reviews

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D)

  • Lead Process Readiness Reviews (PRR) and support New Product Introductions (NPI)

  • Develop and qualify new processes and production capabilities

  • Support process industrialization and continuous improvement activities

What You Bring:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields

  • 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in low-volume, high-mix production

  • Strong understanding of IPC-A-610 / IPC-A-600 (Class 3), PCB/PCBA or HMS/MMS manufacturing process control

  • Working knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, and 8D problem-solving

  • Experience with engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation

  • Knowledge of AS9100 quality systems and supplier quality management will be a strong asset
