Qualifications

• Relevant background or specialization in Engineering studies.

Responsibilities

• Review licensees' Ten-Year Transmission Network Development Plans against criteria.
• Perform system studies for impacts of new power plants or consumer installations.
• Review power plant performance for regulatory compliance and witness testing.
• Conduct studies on electricity and gas interdependency for network resilience.
• Review technical requirements for facilities providing ancillary services.
• Conduct technical reviews of proposed facilities for EMC's procurement.
• Review facility registrations for participation in NEMS and Market Rules.
• Update SOPs and processes to align with ISO requirements.
• Oversee all phases of facility registration, coordinating with stakeholders.
