Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to lead Oracle SCM/Finance engagements and deliver successful Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. You will work directly with customers to translate complex business needs into scalable Oracle ERP solutions, guiding delivery across key workstreams.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, designing configurations, advising on options and risks, and mentoring delivery teams. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting and implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes and accounting.
• Proven ERP/SCM implementation track record.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.

• Support team capability through knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

As an Oracle ERP (SCM/Finance) Senior Principal Consultant, you will work directly with customers to understand complex business needs, design practical solutions, and deliver successful Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. You will operate independently on key workstreams while collaborating with project leaders, technical specialists, and customer stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong consulting and implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management and/or Financials.
• Deep knowledge of Finance processes and accounting fundamentals.
• Experience delivering one or more end-to-end ERP/SCM implementations.
• Strong workshop facilitation, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and influence customer decisions.
• Experience with enterprise customers and cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to travel when required.
