Job Overview
As a Senior/Principal Consultant, you are the role model, recognised as an industry expert and will be involved in mentoring and training junior and mid-level consultants. This is a key role in the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding client portfolio, and contributing to the development of new service offerings.
Responsibilities
Client Management & Business Development
- Cultivate key client relationships and specialise in niche markets.
- Connect with new and existing clients, maintaining strong business relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide strategic advisory solutions.
- Network to uncover commercial opportunities, generating leads and converting them into reliable clients.
- Independently manage client relationships and stay informed about market changes.
- Meet business development KPIs, including client meetings and interviews.
- Participate in projects as needed.
Business Operations & Delivery Management
- Proactively create and manage your pipeline to meet individual and team targets.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates from various channels, including referrals, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
- Cultivate and manage a strong candidate portfolio.
- Provide candidate care, maintaining an updated database and streamlining administration.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, collect feedback, and manage client offers.
- Serve as a role model example of best practices and processes within the team.
- Train and mentor consultants to excel in their roles.
- As an industry expert, offer industry expertise and provide insights on trends.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to boost billings.
- Lead the team in the absence of the manager.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years of successful experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Prior experience hiring for roles within the Technology sectors is highly preferred.
- In-depth expertise in recruitment strategies, talent assessment, and client relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of Technology industry trends, manpower legislation, and best practices in recruitment.
