Role: Senior Principal - CIO Advisory & Transformations

Overview:

As a Senior Principal within Infosys Consulting, you will pursue and grow deep client relationships, operating at the executive and senior management levels. You will also provide leadership on our most critical engagements, working closely with diverse Infosys and client teams to drive successful outcomes. You will be empowered to lead and create a successful consulting practice.

Role Summary:

  1. Lead complex engagements; collaborate with others to identify, upsell and deliver consulting programs dealing with strategies.
  2. Lead mid-large strategic transformations.
  3. Build compelling Value Propositions/Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and entire pipeline of materializing market opportunities.
  4. Create and implement strategies to deliver lasting benefits to clients in related areas, e.g., Business case development for operational growth, Digital, Cloud transformation, and emerging opportunities.
  5. Pursue and grow deep client relationships leading to downstream engagements and account expansion.
  6. Account ownership and revenue generation.
  7. Lead, mentor, and develop people within the APAC CIO Advisory Consulting practice.
  8. Contribute to the firm building through recruitment, training, thought leadership, and IP generation.

Key Skills:

  1. Well-defined strong management consulting experience across industries - mandatory.
  2. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
  3. Ability to create and develop disruptive, innovative new service offerings that enhance branding.
  4. Strong understanding of financial processes, investments, and models.
  5. Experience in leading RFPs/Tender responses on a large scale.
  6. Demonstrated ability in defining and delivering hybrid & multi-cloud strategy/roadmap, migration, and adoption.
  7. Experience with Cloud domain (AWS, Azure, Google, private cloud providers).

Thought Leadership & Practice Development:

  1. Lead the development and delivery of service offerings.
  2. Provide insights into new and emerging perspectives.
  3. Capture work products, insights gained, and intellectual property created.

Sales and Marketing:

  1. RFP and Client proposal development.
  2. Conduct market/client research and industry analysis.

Measures of Success:

  1. Lead consulting engagements on all levels.
  2. Realizing benefits and meet agreed time, budgetary, and quality measures.
  3. Achievement of revenue contribution and utilization targets.
