Job summary

aryan solutions pte. ltd. is seeking an senior architecture leader to drive AI-enabled banking platforms. The role focuses on Java 17+ development, Spring-based microservices, and secure, scalable designs for payments and digital banking.

You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure performance, reliability, and governance, and work with stakeholders to align business goals with technology strategies. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT/CS or related field.
• 12-15 years of architecture experience in Banking with AI architecture.
• Domain exposure across Payments, Transaction Banking, Digital Banking, API Banking, Core Banking.
• Strong Java (Java 17+) and enterprise app development expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices.
• Experience with performance, scalability, resiliency and high-availability architectures.
• Exposure to GenAI and agentic AI architecture, including model integration/orchestration.
• Security architecture mastery: authentication, authorization, API security.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership.

·Bachelors degree in Engineering /Information Technology/Computer Science or related field

·12-15 years of experience in Architecture with expertise in Banking domain with AI architecture

Domain Exposure: Payments/Transaction Banking/Corporate Banking/Digital Banking/API Banking/Core Banking Platforms

·Strong expertise in Java (Java8/11/17+) and enterprise application development.

·Deep knowledge of Spring Framework,Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architecture.

·Understanding of performance tuning, scalability, resiliency, and high-availability architectures

·Exposure in GenAI and agentic AIarchitecture, including RAG, model integration/orchestration and AI-enabled engineering or modernization

·Strong knowledge of security architecture, authentication, authorization, and API security best practices.

·Experience in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe environments

·Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

·Improved engineering standards, platform reliability, and operational efficiency.
