Job summary

INFOSYS COMPAZ PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Power Platform Architect to lead solution design across Finance, HR, and Tax. You will gather requirements, build canvas/model-driven apps, design Dataverse schemas, and orchestrate automations with Power Automate, integrating with SharePoint Online.

Responsibilities include ALM, governance, security, and mentoring junior developers while delivering production-grade solutions across three departments with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
• At least 5 years hands-on Power Apps/Power Platform development with deployed production applications.
• Experience owning requirements gathering without a BA function.
• Preferred: experience in financial services or regulated industry.
• Mentoring or reviewing junior developers.
• Strong stakeholder communication across Finance, HR, and Tax.
• Self-directed with backlog ownership across three departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with business stakeholders and translate into specs.
• Design and develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps to automate processes.
• Architect Dataverse data models, security, and relations.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows for approvals and data movement.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint Online and maintain information architecture.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy and support production-grade solutions.
• Administer Power Platform environments, ALM practices, and security governance.
• Mentor junior developers and review designs for quality and security.
