Job summary

RRecruiter seeks an experienced Electronics Hardware Engineer in Singapore to design analog, digital and power circuits, manage schematic capture and PCB layouts, and drive validation from concept through production release.

The role collaborates with firmware, FPGA, mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure robust system integration and timely production support, while mentoring junior engineers and reviewing designs for quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• More than 5 years of experience in electronics hardware and PCB development.
• Strong knowledge of multilayer PCB design, power electronics and MOSFET selection, gate drivers, switching losses, thermal design and protection.
• Experience with tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, KiCad, LTspice or PSpice.

Responsibilities

• Design analog, digital and power electronic circuits, including MOSFET switching and high-power DC distribution, protection and monitoring systems.
• Manage schematic capture, component selection, circuit simulation and PCB layout.
• Apply PCB design practices covering grounding, thermal management, signal integrity, EMI/EMC and high-current routing.
• Perform board bring-up, testing, debugging, failure analysis and design verification.
• Collaborate with firmware, FPGA, mechanical and manufacturing teams on system integration and production support.
• Review designs and documentation, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
