Job summary

Neurones IT Asia is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong post-trade and middle-office experience to deliver a unified target design across EMEA, Americas and APAC. You will work with Middle Office and Operations to quantify benefits such as STP uplift and reduced manual effort, while also enabling teams through tooling demonstrations and training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst in post-trade, middle office or trade lifecycle tech at a bank, broker-dealer or market infra provider.
• Hands-on with trade matching and confirmation platforms (DTCC CTM, OSTTRA Harmony/MarkitWire) including STP rates, exception handling and break investigation.
• Strong SQL / T-SQL: write validation queries and reconcile outcomes across large trade populations.
• Advanced Excel for modelling, mockups and calculation validation.
• Knowledge of Fixed Income, Repo, Securities Lending, FX or cleared derivatives and post-execution lifecycle.
• End-to-end ownership from problem definition through SIT/UAT to production release.
• Experience redesigning rule-based processing into configurable, maintainable frameworks.
• Experience writing functional specs for system-to-system API contracts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver across regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC) and reconcile differing regional practices into a single target design.
• Collaborate with Middle Office/Operations to define target state and quantify benefits (STP uplift, reduced manual effort, less support intervention).
• Demonstrate tooling, document methodology and train BAs, QA and Support teams.
