Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a diligent Product Support professional to assist Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) teams, execute trades, and manage client accounts.

You will support portfolio strategies, coordinate with relationship managers and operations, and help maintain comprehensive client records. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree with 1–2 years’ experience, possess banking knowledge, and demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills to ensure accurate investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1–2 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of modern banking solutions and system architecture.
• Basic banking and operational knowledge.
• Knowledge of risk management, credit, operations, finance, compliance and controls.
• Good understanding of financial and investment markets.
• Excel macros is a plus.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist DPM Portfolio Managers in implementing strategies across DPM portfolios and address internal queries.
• Plan and place trades across several asset classes for all DPM clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform trade allocation and FX transactions to ensure trades are properly settled.
• Account opening, maintenance and closing activities; ensure accounts are correctly set up.
• Update changes to investment/operating parameters of the account upon client instructions.
• Perform account closure, including liquidation/transfer process and outstanding fees.
• Handle internal queries; liaise with Assistant Relationship Managers and Operations team on account openings/closures and information requests.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support: maintain client activity spreadsheets, client records, and follow up on documentation; prepare performance reviews; coordinate minutes at investment meetings; follow regulatory reporting daily.
