Charterhouse Partnership is seeking a Senior Portfolio Associate to ensure investment objectives are executed across portfolios. You’ll monitor portfolio exposures using risk systems, coordinate rebalancing and account transitions, and conduct performance attribution analyses.

You will manage cash flows, support cross-functional teams including Portfolio Managers, Legal/Compliance, and global counterparts, and develop tools and reports to streamline risk and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong academic background in a technical or quantitative field
• Solid understanding of fixed income, equities, and FX markets
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Strong process awareness with a keen eye on portfolio risk
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings or holidays depending on market requirements

As a Senior Portfolio Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that investment objectives are executed efficiently across portfolios. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Monitoring portfolio exposures using proprietary risk systems
• Coordinating rebalancing activities and assisting in account transitions
• Conducting performance and attribution analysis
• Managing cash flows and handling ad hoc operational tasks
• Collaborating closely with Portfolio Managers, Account Managers, Legal/Compliance, and global counterparts
• Developing creative tools and reports to streamline risk and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For

• Excel power users with Python or VBA programming skills (highly preferred)
• Strong academic background in a technical or quantitative field from a top-tier institution
• Solid understanding of fixed income, equities, and FX markets
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
