Job summary

PIMCO is seeking a Portfolio Associate in Singapore to support Portfolio Managers and cross-functional teams across the firm’s global offices. You will monitor portfolios, assist in rebalancing, and contribute to risk and performance reporting.

The role requires a Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience, strong communication, and advanced Excel with programming familiarity (Python/VBA) to drive efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of fixed income, equities and FX workflows.
• Proficiency with Excel, Python or VBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Equities, Quant, EM and Hedge Fund portfolios and trading strategies.
• Understand the systematic trade lifecycle and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor portfolio positions and products versus client guidelines with Compliance.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management on portfolio re-balancing and transitions.
• Conduct performance and attribution analyses.
