• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and clinical work areas.




• Support basic clinical procedures, including foot cleaning, dressing removal, and treatment assistance under supervision.




• Perform administrative duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and record management.




• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and maintenance of clinical instruments and equipment.




• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure efficient service delivery and quality patient care.




• Assist in resolving operational issues, supporting staff training, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.




• Prior experience in a healthcare, clinic, or patient service environment will be an advantage.




• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
