Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patients independently using specialised podiatry knowledge and skills
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with referring doctors and medical teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
• Ensure accurate patient billing and update performance statistics regularly
• Adhere to clinical and service standards
• Supervise and support podiatrists within the workgroup
• Seek clinical guidance when required to ensure safe and competent practice
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in case conferences
• Assist in preparing monthly performance reports and monitoring key performance indicators
• Co-lead clinical research initiatives within the workgroup
• Manage and update therapy equipment inventory
• Review and enhance clinical protocols and SOPs
• Support project management and departmental quality initiatives
• Contribute to the development and promotion of new clinical services
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the workgroup
• Coordinate clinical education programmes for podiatry students
• Support onboarding and induction of new podiatrists
• Deliver internal training and participate in educational talks and external forums
• Identify training needs and support staff development
• Network strategically with healthcare practitioners
• Continuously update professional knowledge and skills

Requirements:

• Degree in Podiatry from a recognised institution
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in podiatry preferred
