Senior PMO Officer in a leading IT Solutions MNC (ID: 673184)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal project check (not a customer-facing role) Project risk check / planning check / progress check / quality check.

• Stakeholder communication Report the project status to the Managing Director in a timely manner. Provide appropriate advice to project managers and leaders.

• Maintain the rules and procedures for project check activities.

• Tailor project management office procedure and rule to meet.

• Support one or some of the following assignments Internal IT, internal trainer, Contract check etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or IT with a focus on software engineering.

• Having a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the waterfall model development method.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.

• Analytical skill, problem solving skill, documentation and reporting skill.

• Detail-oriented and ability to plan, organized, and structure work.

• Understand the concept of PMBOK, have PMP Certification.

• Project management/ leader experience (managing 5-10 project team members, project period around 1 year, at least 5 years’ experience in System integration project).
