Job summary

Nestria AI is seeking a Senior Platform / Systems Engineer in Singapore to lead the development and hardening of the core runtime platform. This role focuses on secure deployment workflows, scalable infrastructure, and customer-ready platform capabilities within a fast-moving startup.

You will collaborate closely with the founders to shape product direction, engineering culture, and pilot deployments while implementing reliable AI workflows and orchestration across cloud, VPC, and on-prem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field; strong backend fundamentals.
• Experience designing/operating production-grade systems and APIs.
• Solid cloud, containers, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and hardening of the core runtime platform and gateway services.
• Design and improve secure deployment workflows for multiple environments.
• Build and maintain backend architecture for AI agents and observability.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, testing workflows, releases, and packaging.
• Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and reliability tooling.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, latency, and fault tolerance.
• Support integration with enterprise systems and internal tools.
• Develop secure engineering practices around authentication and secrets.
