Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is seeking a Platform Engineer to join the AI Technology team in Singapore. You will help ensure the stability and scalability of our internal Agentic AI platform, contributing code, automation workflows, observability, and user support.

The role demands hands-on work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with engaged business stakeholders. You will define SLOs, own incident response, and drive improvements across the core platform and how developers build with it,

Qualifications

5+ years in cloud automation or site reliability engineering.
Proficient in Python and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Experience building REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
Hands-on with relational and NoSQL databases.
Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Set reliability standards, SLOs, error budgets, and incident runbooks.
Own observability, incident response, reliability, and platform scalability.
Ensure agents, gateways, LLM proxies, and RAG pipelines are highly available and efficient.
Support users via a dedicated help channel, trace root causes, and communicate updates.
Improve code quality, lifecycle processes, and developer experience on the platform.
