Job summary

Digital Treasures Center PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced platform engineer to design, build, and operate cloud and Kubernetes capabilities.

You will develop self-service workflows in Go/Python, implement GitOps deployment with Argo CD/Flux, and drive security into the delivery path with SAST/DAST, SCA, and policy-as-code. The role emphasizes reliable networking, multi-tenant platforms, and strong incident management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software, backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Strong programming ability in Go or Python with production code experience.
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Solid TCP/IP and Linux fundamentals including DNS, TLS, and networking stack.
• Experience designing or operating CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code workflows.
• DevSecOps experience with security tooling integrated into engineering workflows.
• Product mindset for internal platforms, turning complex infra into usable interfaces.
• Clear communication and incident-management judgement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud and Kubernetes platform capabilities: cluster provisioning, upgrade strategy, RBAC/IAM, quota and cost governance, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Build developer-facing platform products and self-service workflows in Go and/or Python, including APIs, CLI tools, operators/controllers, and automation.
• Evolve our delivery platform: Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps-based deployment (Argo CD / Flux), environment management, and progressive delivery (canary/blue-green).
• Embed security into the platform and delivery path: SAST/DAST, dependency and container scanning, secrets management, image signing, policy-as-code.
• Design and troubleshoot network and runtime foundations: CNI, network policies, DNS, TLS, L4/L7 load balancing, service mesh, and east-west traffic control.
• Build and operate observability for platform components: metrics, logging, tracing, SLOs, and alerting.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to understand platform needs and evolve the platform beyond DevSecOps focus.
• Participate in on-call rotation, lead blameless post-incident reviews, and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Mentor engineers and help establish engineering standards for the platform team.
