Job description

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join Application Platforms Team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our internal runtime and developer platforms.

• Design, implement, and maintain solutions within our internal platform, ensuring seamless experience and optimal performance

• Develop automation scripts to streamline deployment and management processes

• Manage and provision infrastructure as code, ensuring consistency and efficiency across our platform

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, drive innovation and implement self-service capabilities, enhancing overall customer experience

• Provide expert-level support to key customers, addressing technical issues, and ensuring prompt resolution

• Proven experience in platform engineering / DevOps

• Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with cloud computing concepts, containerization, and orchestration with technologies like Kubernetes, Azure and Ansible

• Knowledge of .NET and/or Java ecosystem

• Familiarity with Terraform and infrastructure as a code principles

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python

• Experience working with CD using tools like Jenkins, Octopus Deploy

• Prior experience as an IT Service Owner/ Application Responsible is highly desirable

• Experience working in Agile development methodologies
