  • Update and maintain planning records and reports for tracking.
  • Support in assessing project changes and prepare time impact analyses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and work programs.

  • Coordinate with the operations team, site staff, and other departments to collect project data and progress updates.

  • Monitor project timelines and progress against schedules, highlighting any delays or risks.

  • Update and maintain planning records, charts, and reports for internal tracking and client reporting.

  • Support in assessing project changes and prepare time impact analyses.

  • Provide technical input to scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and generate reports as required.

  • Assist in maintaining documentation for contractual claims related to delays or extensions of time.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (PEB-recognised is advantageous)

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project planning or construction scheduling.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6

  • Strong coordination, problem solving, and communication skills
